COPENHAGEN, DENMARK (September 15, 1999) - Angelica Wireless, the leading Danish WAP solutions vendor, today introduced its Wireless Application Package on the European market. The package allows wireless telecom operators to offer services, in the area of entertainment, communication, information and customer support.

The package is initially offered to European wireless telecom operators, giving their users of WAP phones access to popular services, including sending and receiving of e-mails to other mobile phone and web users. Four leading wireless telecom operators are currently testing the package, allowing the services to be offered to end-users, as soon as the WAP phones reach the market.

"It is important that one does not focus on the high-end market of the WAP phones only. Clearly, there are several segments that could utilise the services provided by WAP.
