Customers of Soci�t� G�n�rales banking services will benefit from personal account look-up, including checking and savings accounts, as well as personalized information services including stocks, traffic information and weather reports. The services, which are free to all subscribers, will be made available through WAP-enabled handsets, such as the Nokia 7110. Subscribers residing or traveling in France, the United States, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain alike will be able to access their account information at the cost of a local call.

The personalized mobile services, which will be made available through a WAP handset, will be accessible to all Soci�t� G�n�rales customers currently subscribing to Logitel, a Minitel service, and LogitelNet Internet services at the following address: wap.part.societegenerale.fr/web.
The initial beta test, currently underway, is being restricted to the first 2000 Soci�t� G�n�rales customers to request the service. The trial will extend to volume subscriptions in the fourth quarter of 2000.
