Jataayu Mobile Enterprise Messaging Server (jMEMS)

JMEMS is an exciting new product, which provides an out-of-the-box solution to let an enterprise Mobile enable its employees. jMEMS provides full-featured email functionality for both centralized MS Exchange based as well as desktop-based email applications. Inbox lists, viewing mail content, forward, reply and delete operations. Standard messages can also be pre-created on the desktop and used to quickly compose new mail or make a short reply to incoming mail. Email addresses can be picked up from the Personal Address Book instead of typing in on the mobile device. Personal Address Book can be accessed from the phone for browsing as well as as searching on names and partial names. Selected documents can be stored in a jMEMS public folder and can be used as attachments when composing or replying to email. These documents can be in any format including Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat or others.

Jataayu Push Proxy Gateway (WAP 1.2 Push)

Jataayus popular WAP Server for Enterprises and Carriers has been enhanced to provide support for Push. The Jataayu Push Proxy Gateway implements Push as defined in the WAP 1.2 specifications. With GPRS services now available, Carriers and Enterprises can offer innovative services utilizing WAPs most touted functionality PUSH. Says Dr. V. Gopalakrishna, Director Technology. The Push Proxy Gateway from Jataayu makes the availability of Push services a reality. With the availability of GPRS Services and Push services, WAP will now meet the expectations of the users. Jataayu WAP Browser with WAP 1.2 Capability

JBROWSER for PalmOS and PocketPC has now been enhanced to support Push the key protocol of the WAP 1.2 specifications. Combined with its WTLS Security layer, jBROWSER provides comprehensive microbrowser functionality for PDAs and mobile devices. Says Arun Tanksali, Director Product Engineering jBROWSER will enable application developers and wireless service providers to deliver the most awaited and critical push based services immediately to the market.
